Shepherds

What if the greatest announcement in human history wasnt given to kings, scholars, or warriorsbut to ordinary men working the night shift?

In Luke 2:820, the first people to hear about the birth of Jesus werent the powerful or prestigiousthey were shepherds keeping watch in the dark. In this message, we look at how God used these unnoticed, rugged men to teach us what real strength looks like: staying alert, recognizing our desperate need for a Savior, obeying quickly when God speaks, and returning changed because of an encounter with Jesus.
The shepherds didnt just hear the good newsthey moved with haste, shared what they had seen, and worshiped with transformed hearts. Their story reminds us that real men dont wait for perfect circumstances they respond in obedience and lead with courage.
How is God calling you to respond this Christmas?
