Growth Track
Take your next step.
Two on-demand online sessions plus one in-person gathering at your campus. A simple path to your next step.
We don't want you to feel lost in the crowd at Eleven22. Growth Track is how you move from sitting in a seat to stepping into your calling.
Watch the first session
A roughly 15-minute teaching video plus a few short reflection questions, exploring concepts from the Eleven22 Discipleship Journey Triangle. Self-paced and online.
Watch the second session
A second short teaching video and reflection, plus about 45 minutes of personal assessments to help you apply what you've learned. Your results are just for you, never shared publicly.
Gather at your campus
A 45-minute class at your local campus, before or after a weekend service. Hear about next steps and what it means to be a Covenant Member from your campus staff, ask questions, and choose the step you want to take. Online attenders can join by Zoom.

How does Growth Track work?+
It's a hybrid course: two on-demand online sessions, then one in-person gathering at your campus before or after a weekend service.
How long does it take?+
The two online sessions are self-paced - about 15 minutes of teaching each, plus roughly 45 minutes of personal assessments in Session 2. The in-person session is 45 minutes or less.
What does it cost?+
Nothing. Growth Track is free.
Is there childcare?+
Yes - free childcare for kids birth-5th grade at the in-person session. Registration required.
Do I have to attend in person?+
The final session is in person at your campus, but online attenders can join that gathering by Zoom.
What comes after Growth Track?+
At the in-person session you'll hear about next steps and what it means to become a Covenant Member, and choose the step you want to take.
