What You Will Experience
- Complete biblical and theological foundation with advanced hermeneutics training
- Full spiral curriculum cycling through all seven leadership pillars four times over two years, going deeper each cycle
- Year 1: Track-specific training building ministry competency in your area (Kids, Students, Campus Leadership, Young Adults, Worship, Production, or Senior Adults)
- Year 2: Advanced leadership training focusing on building teams, creating a healthy culture, and multiplying leaders, including mentoring a Year 1 student
- Coaching and mentorship are available to students as needed
- Management meetings to review progress and prepare the ministry
- Small group processing with peers in your same year
