Your Calling. Your Season. Your Pathway Forward.

The School of Ministry at The Church of Eleven22 aims to cultivate well-rounded leaders who will positively impact the world through a gospel-centered approach. It is more than a training program. It offers a complete growth experience that develops your mind, heart, skills and relationships for transformational leadership within the church and beyond.

Whether you are exploring a call to ministry, balancing family and work or ready to commit full time, we have created three learning pathways to fit your current season while maintaining high standards for leadership development.

Stream 1: Apprenticeship

1-Year Program
You sense God may be calling you to ministry leadership, but you need time and space to test that call before making a larger commitment. You are exploring, discerning and want to discover your gifting without changing too much of your current life situation.

Stream 2: Immersion

2-Year Program
You have a clear call to ministry and are ready for substantial preparation, but you need to maintain part-time work or manage other life responsibilities. You want the full leadership development curriculum with real depth, but full-time residency is not feasible right now.

Stream 3: Residency

2-Year Program
You are called to vocational ministry leadership and ready to commit to a season of complete daily ministry practice, spiritual formation and leadership development. You are not observing from the outside; you are being formed through full engagement in the church's life and ministry. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week.

What Makes Our Approach Different

The Four-Block Integrated Model

Every learning session moves through four essential blocks, ensuring nothing remains merely theoretical:

  1. Biblical Foundations
Delivered in the School of Ministry. The shared theological core. Every student, every track, together.

  2. Leadership Formation
Delivered in the School of Ministry. The seven pillars, biweekly, spiraling across two years from foundational to multiplicative.

  3. Ministry Track
Delivered in the ministry team in partnership with the student’s manager. The School designs the framework and growth markers; the manager facilitates development within the rhythm of real weekly ministry.

  4. Integration
Delivered in the School of Ministry. Socratic discussion, debates, preaching and teaching labs, practicums and assignment submissions. The space where Blocks 1, 2 and 3 are tested, integrated and owned.
