Partner with Beaches Council on Aging to enhance the quality of life of the Dial-A-Ride seniors through weekly supportive, friendly telephone calls to those who may be isolated or lonely. Friendly Caller Volunteers will receive a list of names of the seniors and disabled adults who ride with the transportation program called Dial-A-Ride. These are adults in the Beaches area that can no longer drive. The Friendly Caller will contact the rider weekly to connect, check on them and see if they have any needs besides transportation. *This serve opportunity can be done from your home.
