Arize Together is looking for women to walk alongside and encourage women in their community as Sister Allies. A Sister Ally is a consistent, trusted touchpoint for an assigned member—showing up in both the hard moments and the celebrations.
What you'll do:
- Meet with your assigned member monthly and check in regularly.
- Be a listening ear and her biggest cheerleader.
- Intentionally pray with and for her.
- Offer encouragement, discipleship, friendship, and consistent support.
