You are not observing from the outside; you are being formed through total engagement in the church’s life and ministry. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week,
What You’ll Experience:
- Intensive biblical and theological training with immediate practical application
- Full spiral curriculum with four cycles through all seven leadership pillars
- Year 1: Immersive track-specific training with hands-on ministry practice, real-time coaching, and rotations through various ministry contexts
- Year 2: Lead teams, foster ministry culture, mentor an assigned Year 1 student, and receive advanced coaching on multiplication and succession planning.

Cost: Residents engage as support-raised students. Although there are no tuition fees, residents are responsible for raising funds for their support package by building partnerships with their families, friends and ministry networks.
