Growth Track is designed to equip you to be a disciple-making disciple and to take the next step in your faith journey. Whether you’re new to The Church of Eleven22 or a long-time member, this program is designed to help you take your next step in faith. Learn practical skills like reading the Bible, sharing your faith, and stewarding God’s gifts.
These sessions are conducted online through a platform called Thinkific. You will need to create a free account with Thinkific to access the course. Each session focuses on unpacking words from our Eleven22 Discipleship Journey Triangle Tool. The sessions consist of watching 15 minutes of teaching videos and answering a few short questions.
Afterward, we encourage you to complete approximately 45 minutes of assessments/questionnaires to help you reflect on what you’ve learned and apply it to your life. These homework assignments are not graded or shared publicly; they are designed to equip you on your discipleship journey. These two sessions can be completed at your own pace. Once you finish Sessions 1 and 2, you will receive a link to register for Session 3.

This session is an in-person class held at the campus you attend. It will take place after the 1122 service and will last approximately 75–85 minutes. You will sit at a table with other participants and hear from your campus staff as you walk through the remaining words from the Discipleship Journey Triangle Tool.
During the session, you will discuss discipleship questions with your table group and learn a tool to help you share your faith. Lunch and childcare will be provided.
Growth Track is a hybrid course with two on-demand online sessions (20-30 minutes each) exploring the Discipleship Triangle, followed by a final in-person gathering at your local campus.
The best way to get started is by completing the online sessions and homework. These sessions are hosted on a platform called Thinkific. Watch the brief video for a step-by-step guide to creating a free Thinkific account and accessing the course. Once you’ve completed the online sessions, you’ll receive an email with a link to register for the in-person class.
