Operation New Hope – Mock Interviews

Serve Opportunity Description: As a mock interviewer, you’ll play an important role in a participant’s journey through the Ready4Work program. After completing a three-week career development course focused on resume writing, interview prep, technology, and life skills, participants enter their final week of training ready to practice for real employer interviews. Volunteers will help by asking common interview questions, offering feedback, and providing encouragement—helping participants build confidence and take meaningful steps toward long-term employment and stability.
