Night to Shine

Girl in a light green dress singing on stage at Night to Shine event, surrounded by colorful lights and a joyful atmosphere.

Night to Shine, launched by the Tim Tebow Foundation, began as a global movement celebrating the worth and dignity of individuals with special needs. It is a prom-like event designed to create a joyful, honoring, and Christ-centered experience for teens and adults with disabilities and their parents.

The foundation provides global vision, training, and support, while each local collaboration fully fundraises for, recruits, trains for and executes its own event. Collaborations unite multiple churches in a community to celebrate Jesus and extend belonging to those and their families who often face barriers to entering and engaging in the life of the church.

Who Night to Shine Serves
  • Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Individuals with physical or sensory disabilities
  • Parents, caregivers, and guardians who receive respite and support during the evening
Guests enjoy: buddies, red carpet, dancing, karaoke, sensory rooms, adaptive activities, hair & makeup, shoe shine, and a safe, accessible environment. Parents enjoy a respite room for the night.
