Student Camp at Lake Yale

Student Camp at Lake Yale is a four-day experience designed for students who have recently completed 6th or 7th grade. It is a time for students to step away from distractions, deepen their faith, and build lasting friendships in a Christ-centered environment. Through worship, teaching, and fun activities, our prayer is that students will encounter Jesus in a way that impacts the rest of their year.

Each year, our Student Camp theme is designed to make much of Jesus and help students discover and deepen their relationship with Him.

Rooted in Scripture and aligned with the mission and vision of The Church of Eleven22, the theme helps shape the experience at camp—from teaching and worship to Family Groups and next steps.

Student Camp at Lake Yale will take place at Lake Yale Conference Center in Leesburg, Florida, which is approximately a 90-minute drive from Jacksonville. This beautiful retreat center is located directly on the shores of Lake Yale and provides a peaceful setting for students to grow in their faith.

A day at Student Camp at Lake Yale includes:

• Engaging worship sessions
• Teaching from The Eleven22 Student Ministry Team
• Small group discussions in Family Groups
• Exciting activities, competitions, and free time

All adult leaders at Student Camp at Lake Yale are active members of The Church of Eleven22 and serve in student ministry. Each leader undergoes a thorough application process, training, and background check.

Students are placed in Family Groups that are age- and gender-specific, with a 1:6 leader-to-student ratio to ensure meaningful mentorship and guidance.

All meals and activities are included in the camp cost. However, students may want to bring extra money for:

• The Lake Yale snack and gift shop
• Merchandise from the Eleven22 Camp Store

The camp price includes:

• Lodging
• All meals, including those during travel
• Bible study materials
• Worship and teaching sessions
• Camp activities and programming
• A camp T-shirt
• An unforgettable experience with friends

Students may want to bring extra money for optional snacks, souvenirs, or camp merchandise.

Upon Registration: Non-Refundable Deposit Due

• A $150 non-refundable deposit per student is required to complete registration.
• Before submitting your registration, you will have the option to either pay only the deposit or pay the full camp cost upfront.
• Paying the deposit secures your student’s spot at Student Camp at Lake Yale. 

June 10: Final Payment Due for Student Camp at Lake Yale

• Final payments for Student Camp at Lake Yale (July 2-5) must be completed on or before this date.

• Buses Depart: 1:00 PM

Pick-Up:

• Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM
• Location: The Church of Eleven22, San Pablo Campus

Parents can receive real-time updates by texting campyale to 441122.

Students will stay in gender-specific hotel-style rooms. Bedding is provided, so students do not need to bring their own.

A detailed packing list will be available in the Parent Prep Center in May.

If your student takes any regular medication, we ask that you specify when you receive the online medical waiver. Here you can list the instructions and regularity of the prescribed medication(s). You can access the waiver through your registration confirmation email.

When you arrive to check in your student on at the San Pablo campus, you will meet our camp medical team, make sure our information aligns with what was submitted in the medical waiver, and drop off the medication for our team to administer at Student Camp. If your student has any additional special needs, we also ask that you specify when prompted.

If your student has any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, we ask that you specify when you register them online and on the medical waiver. We always want to try our best to accommodate our students’ needs.

Yes, but usage is limited to free time. Students are encouraged to stay fully engaged in worship, teaching, and group activities.

In May, we will launch a Camp Prep Center where parents can find a detailed schedule, packing list, and other important resources.
