Special Needs

Special Needs

“Before I formed you in the womb
I knew you,
and before you were born
I set you apart
I appointed you a prophet to the nations” - Jeremiah 1:5

The purpose of special needs at Eleven22 is to glorify God by fostering children with special needs to DISCOVER their identity in Jesus Christ and their God-given place and purpose in the body of believers, DEEPEN their relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior through worship, Word, learning and community and to champion God’s sovereignty in the midst of disability by becoming equipped with their God-given spiritual gifts, so that they can LOVE ALL PEOPLE by being a disciple-making disciple.

Connect with Us

We would love to meet your family. Please join us at any of our campuses. See the ministry descriptions below to choose what environment better suits your child’s needs.

We encourage you to email us at [email protected] before your first visit so we can put you in touch with the kids or student minister at your campus.

Connect with Families

Are you interested in developing relationships with other parents/families of kids with special needs? We have a parent fellowship group that meets Tuesday nights on Zoom at 7pm.

Email [email protected] if you would like more information. This is open to families who do and do not attend The Church of Eleven22.

Classroom Buddies and Environment

To better support kids and teens with special needs in our kids and student ministries, we offer a Buddy Program. Trained serve staff are partnered with children and teens with special needs to provide individualized support through their worship experience. If your child or teen is in need of a buddy, email [email protected].
If you are interested in serving as a Buddy (must be in at least 9th grade), click the button below and apply to your desired campus and kids or student ministry.

Serve

We have created a Special Needs environment at each of our campuses to better serve those with special needs. Watch the virtual tour of the Special Needs environment at our San Pablo campus.
