The 2024 Local Marriage Encounter is a weekend to deepen your relationship with Jesus and each other. We invite you to join us as we talk about God’s design for marriage, how God designed you, communication, conflict and much, much more! As we’ve been learning in John 10:10, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” We know a major way the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy is to go after your marriage. This encounter is designed to equip, refresh and renew as we seek to have an abundant marriage.
Who is teaching?
This Encounter is led by Pastor Shawn and Rebecca Maxwell, and Pastor Jonathan and Aubrey Vinke. Pastor Shawn Maxwell is the Chief Operating Officer for Eleven22 and Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They have been married for 23 years. Pastor Jonathan Vinke is the Ministries Pastor at Eleven22 and Aubrey is an Art Teacher. They have been married for 14 years.
Who is this event for?
Any married or engaged couple. There will be many opportunities for couple discussion, so we ask that both are present.

Buffet style dinner, continental breakfast and boxed lunches.
