The Church of Eleven22 has trained marriage mentor couples who deeply care about seeing your marriage be all that God intended it to be. If you are a married couple who wants to enrich your marriage or you are in a challenging place in your relationship and both of you are ready for change, please fill out the following form and we will reach out to help connect you with one of our trained marriage mentor couples. This is a 10-week mentorship program and the cost is $50. Payment will be requested once we have connected you to one of our available couples.   

In the comment section of this form please include your spouse's name as well as any additional information that could be relevant to your mentor such as your reason/purpose for seeking marriage mentorship.
