Serve with Care

The Church of Eleven22 offers Care Training twice each year, spring and fall, with the purpose of equipping lay leaders to come alongside those who are hurting and walking through difficult seasons of life. Care Training is offered in two distinct tracks:

Track 1: Care Team
The mission and vision of the Care Team is to support the Eleven22 pastors in providing pastoral care and ministry to the church body. Mature followers of Jesus who are committed to the mission and vision of Eleven22 will be trained and equipped to serve the church body through 1:1 care, prayer and visitation.

In addition to completing 8 weeks of training, those who feel called to be part of the Care Team will go through or will walk through an application process, background check and interview. Care Team members will be commissioned at our Quarterly Care Gathering at the end of the 8 weeks.

Track 2: Ministry Equipping
Care Training is also offered for individuals seeking supplemental ministry equipping and training. This individual takes the training with the goal of further growth and enrichment as they serve in other roles, ministry capacities or simply to gain life skills and knowledge to better care for those around them.

No application process, background check or interview is required.
